Suzhou Center Shopping Mall Model
Suzhou Center Shopping Mall Model represents the innovative design of the remarkable project, which comprising three interconnected buildings - the shopping mall and two of the office towers.
The unique design concept coupled with advanced construction techniques cast an impressive architectural icon by Suzhou’s West Jinji Lake.
Inspired by the local folklore about phoenix, the design team from award-winning architectural firm, Benoy, placed an undulating roof on the 7-story complex.
Modelers from RJ Models employed 3D printing techonology to successfully create the monocoque glass canopy - “the wing of the future”.
Suzhou Center Shopping Mall also shows off its beauty during nights.
On each floor of the shopping mall model, those installed LED lights are able to present the building with lighting effect. They illuminate the building and massive landscapes.
In addition to the exterior, the shopping mall model also discloses interior details.
Individual floor can be elevated or descened as users need.
Such mechanical operation allows people to look into specific aspects of the interior by freely folding or extending the model in China.

Brickell City Center Shopping Mall Model is aimed to illustrate the glamorous mixed-use development in the heart of Miami downtown.
This mega-project will, upon completion, redefine locals’ urban lifestyles.
To ensure satisfactory completion of the shopping mall model, 5 professional model makers from RJ Model were dispatched to the US, Miami.
The large-sized model was assembled by the modelers on site.
The shopping mall model captures the core design principles of the architectural program – tranquility, and connectivity.
These key values are intended to be introduced to potential users by the project’s developer, Swire Properties Inc.
Miami’s skyline is dominated by three high rises – two residential towers and an upmarket hotel with residences and two mid-rise office towers.
Besides, the complex covers retail and entertainment space, which are also vividly presented by the shopping mall model.
The shopping mall model is installed with LED edge-lighting on each floor to add extra visual advantage.

To pursue the sustainable design scheme, the shopping mall is located in a lush green area.
From the model, the buildings and structures, the landscaping and traffic networks are all demonstrated.

Shanghai New Jiangwan City Shopping Mall Model
It is the government's intention to build up Shanghai New Jiangwan Town as a typical high-quality living community.
The building blends itself perfectly in a large area of the landscape.
As a new landmark, the shopping mall realizes commercial, recreational and environmental values. The shopping mall model offers people a complete view covering the building and the greenery.
With mechanical folding/extending function, the shopping model enables users to see interior design and space arrangement.
In order to create vivid pictures of shopping, RJ modelers put extra efforts into indoor details.
They placed colorful posters, furniture display, and mini figures to simulate cheerful and bustling shopping environment.

As one of the busiest aviation transport hubs in the world, Dubai International Airport hosts a broad range of operations and services.

To ensure inner structures be demonstrated to a realistic level, CNC and 3D printing were applied to build architectural elements, such as streamlined columns and other supporting structures.
The shopping mall model is fitted with LED lights. Curved shapes increased the degree of difficulty the modeling team faced in light installation.

SOM is a world-class construction company whose styles vary and is known for its high-quality office buildings designed for commercial groups, public associations and investors.
This shopping mall follows SOM's consistently refined and bold style, reflecting the two characteristics of shopping mall – complexity and simplicity, the lower half of the building is used for shopping and public transportation and life, and the building functions are complicated but also practical, the upper part is used for office and residence, characterized by simplicity and efficiency.
The Dongbu Building Model is characterized by its perspective of the sectional view.
On the one hand, it can show the facade of the building, on the other hand, it can show the internal structure of the building.

This shopping mall model is aimed to illustrate the unique exoticism in the Middle East and local architectural style and lifestyle by RJ Models and 3DR Models.
Due to the hot and dry climatic conditions in the area, thatch is often used as the building material for the roof, and the walls are usually thicker for insulation.
To accurately represent the above factors, the model has chosen a relatively large scale and unique materials.
The 1:60 scale of the model enables a meticulous display of the building and its surroundings. And by adding water features and using model camels, people, plants, boat models and other items, model makers vividly present the scenes of life in the shopping mall in Dubai to people around the world.
What is also noteworthy in this model is that the producer does not use the usual strip light source, but a point light source by our model makers in Dubai.
To enhance the sense of immersion and reality, modelers install those tiny lights one by one. Meanwhile, the delicately selected model materials reflect Dubai's unique climatic condition, cultural atmosphere, and architectural style.
The One Shopping Mall Model in Hong Kong
The ONE is a shopping center in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The shopping mall has a total of 29 floors and a total construction area of 400,00 square foot. As one of the most luxurious shopping malls in Hong Kong, the designers not only designed enough space for shopping, dining, and entertainment but also designed a garden terrace for the public to enjoy the skyline of Hong Kong.
Modelers have carefully selected unique materials, using glass to reflect the sense of luxury of the mall, which also allows viewers to clearly see the interior design. Due to the rich changes in the facade of the building, this model also uses a lot of different materials to reflect the designer's intention. The richness of materials and the pursuit of detail greatly increase the difficulty and complexity of model making.
To vividly present the use of the shopping mall in the future, modelers not only add a lot of conventional model people, cars, and trees but also use other articles such as clothing stores, restaurants that can suitably and appropriately reflect shopping mall features.
The Mixc Shopping Mall Model
The Mixc Business District in Dachong, Nanshan, Shenzhen is the largest urban village reconstruction project in Guangdong Province. It consists of a large urban complex, science and technology park, holiday square and shopping mall. Unlike traditional shopping malls that focus on retail, apparel, catering services, and cinemas, the Mixc shopping mall introduces more cultural, creative, and experiential consumptions.
In this model, wood material is used as the floor of the entire building complex to show the landscape. Simulate real scenes by adding model trees and street lights. Although the volume of the whole model is relatively large, the details are not neglected. Lights and some characters are installed on each floor of the mall, to show the future of the mall usage scenarios vividly.
Professional model makers use transparent glass to show the planning of future buildings. These glass sheets are perpendicular to the bottom plate in a stacked manner, which is advantageous for exhibiting the volume of these buildings.
